4 eggs
125g flour
125g Sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
50g cream
200g chestnuts
 

Instructions
This is cake which represent France. In France, Mont Blanc mean 'white mountain'. It was made from the image of alps mountains. My grand-grandmother often made this for me when I go to her house.
First, make part of sponge cake. 1)Break the eggshell 2)Sift Flour, Sugar, and baking powder to remove lump. 3)Mix them and bake it during 12 minutes by 180 degrees
Second, make marron cream 4)Mince chestnuts except a few them. 5)Mix chestnuts until barely-combined.
At the end, 6)Serve over all of cream onto sponge cake. 7)Put a chestnuts on the top of the cake.
