Japanese apricot (2 table spoon)
radish (1/2)
powdered red pepper (300g)

Instructions
Kimchi is one of the major Korean traditional food, so I know it since when I was really young. Our whole family include grandparents, uncles and cousins made Kimchi together every year in the grandparents house. There was no opportunity to get together, so when the day came, I was really excited. In front of the big improved Hanok (Korean traditional house), everyone was busy. I should bring what mother want and help them mix all the ingredients because I couldn't use knife, so I was really hard but happy that I can help my mother. It can be quite hard and annoying to make, but hope you can enjoy this dish, be closer to your family and make good memory during the making process.
First, Ready all of the ingredients. Wash your hands first, peel the onion and mince it, julienne the radish, cut a scallion and salted cabbage for 10 hours.
2)Wash them and cut likely size 3)Put cabbage and radish in the case 4)Mix all the ingredients except for salt 5)put salt to season it
6)Ripen them.(fermentation)
