Instructions
Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome. I really like carbonara since when I was 5 years old. It was my birthday and it was the first time to eat carbonara. I ate the carbonara in my home which is two story building, and there was only my family. And after dinner, we played some games which is wii and trump etc. It was fun but my father had won well. After that, I gave the birthday present, but I felt like carbonara was also good present for me. So it's became my favorite dish. So I hope that you will enjoy this dish.
-Preparation- Cut the bacon into small pieces like square, and put a large pot of salted water on to boil. And crack all the eggs into a bowl.
1)While the water is coming to a boil, heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook slowly until crispy. Add the garlic also. 2)In a small bowl, beat the eggs and mix in about half of the cheese.
3)Once the water has reached a rolling boil, add the pasta, and cook, uncovered, at a rolling boil. When the pasta is all dente, use tongs to move it with the bacon and garlic. Move the pasta that will heat the eggs sufficiently to create a creamy sauce. 4)Toss everything to combine, the add the beaten eggs with cheese and toss quickly to combine once more.
Serving Suggestions
You can add the parsley to decorate.
