1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
Yogurt sauce

onion-sumac-parsley salad
Pita bread or Dürüm

Instructions
This is my story of the first time my whole family ate Adana Kebab. It was two or three years ago when my family were wondering where we could eat. We went to a Middle Eastern restaurant that my uncle selected. We ate all different kinds of kebabs from Iraq, Iran,Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Palestine, and Turkey. We ate the Muslim version version called Adana Kebab. For me it was the joy of my life. Whenever I think about Adana Kebab, I think of my family.
Season the lamb and tail fat with salt, pepper, cumin, coriander. Mix in the onion and red bell pepper.
Get the grill ready with hot coals. You may used skewers that are metal or wood. Form the meat mixture around the skewers. Grill the kebabs over the hot coals until they are golden brown and cooked through.
To prepare your serving plate, place the pita or Dürüm on the plate first. Then put the kebab on the bread. Lastly, place the onion- sumac-parsley salad and yogurt sauce on the side.
Serving Suggestions
