Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1/4 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 table spoon of melted butter
 

Instructions
Introduction- The first time i ate pancakes was 2 years ago. I was in school with friends and teachers. My school was a bilingual school,so we had to learn both English and Vietnamese. We could had activities classes and we had cooking that day. We decided to make pancakes and everyone had to help,so I brought strawberry syrup. It was messy, oil and syrup went all over the place and our clothes. Then we enjoyed the pancakes that we made.
1st step- Put ingredients together in a big bowl and mix for in 1 minute. Mix it until it's smooth.
2nd step- ladle the batter into a hot pan and cook for 1 minute and flip it and wait 1 minute. Then, continue it.
3rd step- Serve on plates with syrup or fruits on top. Pancakes are better when they are hot
