In a large skillet saute ground beef and onion
together; drain off the fat and discard
Place sauteed ground beef and onions in the
crock pot. Add potatoes, cream of mushroom
soup, tomatoes, corn, beans and taco seasoning.
Mix together. Place lid on crock pot and cook
on low heat for 8hrs, or high for 4hrs.
Once the casserole seems finished (potatoes are
soft and tender). Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the raw uncooked biscuit dough in a
single layer on the top of the casserole,
sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and cover with
lid. DO NOT STIR
Let the biscuits cook for 15-20mins or until dough
is completely cooked. Turn off crock pot and let
cool until edible.
