     Pistachio Cake

Ingredients
1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 box Jello pistachio instant pudding (3.4 oz)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange/mango juice (Simply Orange with Mango)
4 eggs
1/2 cups milk chocolate chips; pulsed in blender until fine
 

Instructions
Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips for 2 minutes on medium speed. Hand stir in chocolate chips, reserve some to sprinkle on top. Pour in bundt pan, sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 40 minutes on 350 degrees.
Serving Suggestions
Plan on making two of these if you are giving one away. You will want to have one available to eat yourself- SO good!
