     Sunflower Cake

Ingredients
200g self-raising flour
200g butter (vitalite light)
150g caster sugar
3 eggs
Few drops vanilla essence or 1/2 teaspoon
2-3 drops yellow food coloring to look more yellowish ( optional)
Some nutella to spread
Some chopped nuts (used walnuts)
To decorate-
 
150g (Icam Cioco Pasticceria) Coccolato Finissimo Al Latte
Some chocolate Chips
75g Vegetarian Vanilla Mallows (used freedom confectionery) for the petals, or any candies

Instructions
Sunflower Cake! (Ideal for Easter)
Cream butter and sugar, until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one by one adding a little flour with each. Add vanilla essence and the food colouring. Place mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or till golden brown on 180c middle shelf. When ready, leave it to cool on a wire - rack. When cool split the cake in half and sandwich with a thin layer of nutella and add the chopped nuts. Melt chocolate Bain-Marie and cover the cake. Take the vanilla mallows and try to form them as petals all around the cake. Put some chocolate chips in the middle to look like sunflower. Enjoy it for Easter! --)
