Take a small amount of dough, the size of a golf ball and roll it in your hands. With your finger, press in the middle of the ball and fill it with some almond filling. Close it to cover the filling and roll it again in your hands. Place it on a greased baking dish and with the palm of your hand press it down. Complete this procedure, till you make them all. I have made 24 biscuits and have left pastry and filling for a small tart, or else you can make them all biscuits. Bake oven on 190c for 20-25 minutes, depends on your oven.
