Method-
In a frying pan put the diced garlic, chicken cube, oil, butter, and the chicken pieces. Saute chicken pieces in for a few minutes. Then add wine, apple cider, Fajita seasoning, curry powder, rosemary, salt and pepper. Leave to simmer for some time till the chicken pieces are soft and tender. Meanwhile mix the cornflour with some of the milk. Pour the complete milk to the pan, and after add the cornflour mix. On low heat stir gently till it thickens a bit, but still creamy. Serve hot on a bed of cooked rice. Enjoy --)
