     Aunt Jan's Chili

1 lb chop meat (beef or turkey)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 lg cloves Garlic, diced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cayene pepper
2 tbl chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbl kosher salt (adjust to taste)
2 16oz cans diced tomato, undrained
1 16oz can red kidney beans, drained , rinsed
1 16oz can pinto deans, drained, rinsed
1 16oz can tomato sauce
2 4oz cans chopped green chillies, drained
2 12 oz cans crispy corn

Brown the chop meat and drain. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. cook until soft.
Add tomatoes and all spices including chilies. Simmer 45 mins. Adjust seasoning.
Add beans and corn. Simmer 10 more minutes
