Creamy Parmesan and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken Penne

Ingredients
2 C penne pasta
2 TBS butter
1 lb. chicken, cooked and sliced
1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup fat free half and half
2 TBS cornstarch
2TBS chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta as directed. Drain well.
Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add chicken; cook and
stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Mix cream and cornstarch in small bowl until well blended. Add
to skillet along with sun-dried tomatoes, seasonings and
cheese. Bring to boil, stirring constantly with wire whisk until
well blended. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in pasta; toss gently to coat. Serve with additional
Parmesan cheese, if desired.
