1st bowl mix n
4 tsp yeast
1/4 c milk warmed up heated
1 tsp sugar
stir together let set 5 min till bubbly an foamy
2nd bowl mix n
3/4 c light brown sugar lightly packed
1/4 c gran sugar
1 Tbs cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
mix together then mix n
2 TB melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
3rd bowl mix n
2 3/4 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
5 tsp sugar
whisk, then add bowl one the dry bowl mix
add n
2 tablespoon butter
1 c milk room temp
hand mix till forms together do not over work

flour counter top lightly, work mixture together
about 2 min
roll out to big rectangle
brush down w 2 TBs butter next cover with n bowl 2
evenly to edges
here u would also add chopped nets or any other
goodies u like
then roll tightly an evenly long side to a big log
- pinch the open side closed - cut into 8 equal
pieces cut each half n half then cut those half in
half an repeat one more time

spray nonstick on u dark 9 inch round pan line w
parchment paper an spray top of that w nonstick
place one n middle then others around the outside
cover w 2 TBs butter
cover w plastic wrap an let sit for 30 min on
counter to rise
put n heated oven 350 for 23 min
run knife around edge to release them an let set 5
min
invert to big bowl take parchment off then invert
into wire tray an place top of cookie sheet that
is lined w parchment

Icing mix n bowl
3 oz Cream Cheese softened
2 TBs unsalted butter
2 Tbs milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix then add
1 cup powder sugar
spread over top an enjoy
