-In a saucepan, heat 1 tbsp veg oil, then saute onions until
light brown.
-Reduce heat to medium-low and add garlic-ginger paste. Fry
for a minute
-Add seranos and fry for a minute.
-Add the Turmeric, corriander and cumin powder and cook for
about two minutes. If it sticks to the pot add some water.
-Now add the tomatoes. Cover and cook till toms are soft.
- Add cillantro and salt and cook for an additiona 3 to 4
minutes on medium heat.
- Just before serving add eggs. Cook till done stirring
constantly.
-Garnish with cillantro.
