In a heatproof pitcher, steep 5 English Breakfast tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the bags but don't squeeze them. Stir in superfine sugar until dissolved.
Add cold water whiskey and Tuaca. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with lemon slices.
