     Pineapple-Orange Cake

Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. reduced fat cool whip
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam.
Beat cake mix, mandarin oranges, egg whites, and applesauce on low for 2 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool on rack.
Combine pineapple and pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
