In a glass, mix vodka, orange juice and seltzer. Slowly pour pomegranate syrup down inside of glass. Garnish with mint if desire.
Pomegranate Syrup Recipe
Mix 1 cup pomegranate juice and 1 cup of sugar in a small pot over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until it thickens, about 15 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
