In a cocktail shaker, with the end of a wooden spoon, muddle pineapple, tequila and cilantro. Add ice cubes, pineapple juice, lime juice, liqueur and chili. Cove and shake vigorously until chilled. Moisten glass rims with water and twist in salt. Pour mix into glasses, add ice and top off with soda. Garnish with pineapple, chili and cilantro if desired.
