2 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Zest from a lime
.25 red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp kosher salt
.25 c olive oil
 
Instructions
Place in blender. Blend until smooth. pour over 1.5 lb steak for at least 1 hr.
