Cook ground beef, drain. Add .5 c enchilada sauce. Spray
baking sheet with pam.
On baking sheet place 1 tortilla top with 1/3 meat mixture and
1/4 c cheese. top with tortilla, .5 of refried beans, .5 c enchilada
sauce, 1 can chilis and 1/4 c cheese. Repeat all layers. Top with
1 tortilla, remaining meat mixture and 1/4 c cheese. Top with
remaining tortilla. Cover with foil
Bake at 400 for 40 min or until hot. Uncover. Top with enchilada
sauce, cheese, and onions. Bake 5 min. Cut into wedges
