Cook potatoes, cool. Peel and grate or slice.
Heat butter, soup and onions. Blend in milk,
sour cream and cheese. Mix in potatoes. Spread
in greased casserole dish. Crush corn flakes
and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
(Can be made the day before and refrigerated.
Bring to room temperature before baking, or
bake a little longer)
