Combine all ingredients for adobo seasoning.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Combine honey, red wine vinegar, adobo seasoning,
salt, andd chile powder. Blend until all
incorporated. With blender, emulsify by slowly
adding oil to mixture with blender on.
Store in airtight container and store in
refrigerator up to 1 month.
