Cover potatoes with water and boil 30-35 minutes
or until tender, or bake at 450 degrees for 45-60
minutes. Peel and cut potatoes crosswise into 1/2-
inch pieces and place in 9x13-inch baking dish. In
a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter,
milk and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, until smooth and bubbly. Pour over
potatoes. Cover with mini marshmallows. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes or until marshmallows
are puffed and golden brown.
