Wash and slice several kinds of summer squash
and/or zucchini. Parboil in a pan with a little
water until tender. Brown 1 lb of sausage and
drain. Mix package stuffing box according to box.
When completed, add the browned sausage to it.
Layer 9x13-inch pan with drained squash, then
stuffing/meat mixture. Top with grated cheddar,
mozzarella, or Parmesan cheese, or any combination
of cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30
minutes or on stove top on low in covered pan
until cheese is melted.
