     Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 t. soda
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rhubarb cubed
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
 
Topping-
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1 T. butter or margarine
Instructions
Mix all together. Put in 9x13 pan. Mix the ingredients for the topping and sprinkle across cake. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
