     Carmelized Garlic and Miso Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb Salmon filet without skin (will be cut in half)
3 cloves pressed garlic
1 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp miso past
6 tbsp honey
4 tbsp soy sauce
 

Instructions
Combine soy sauce, honey, miso paste, ginger and garlic in a bowl and whisk well. Place in ziploc bag with salmon and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Prepare foil boat. preheat heavy pan with small amount of oil. Sear top of salmon for 1 minute. Transfer to foil boat, crisp side up.
Bake salmon at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Baste with more sauce halfway through. Pour remaining sauce in pan and reduce for 5 minutes.
Serve reduced sauce over salmon.
