     Easy Layered Bean Dip

Ingredients
2 (16 oz) cans refried black beans
1 cup chunky salsa
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Tortilla chips or crackers (optional)
 

Instructions
In a medium bowl combine beans, salsa and seasoning; mix well. Spread bean mixture in the bottom of an 8-cup rectangular portable container or in individual disposable cups. Spread sour cream over bean mixture. Top with cheese olives, tomatoes and green onions. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers, if desired.
