Brown pork chops and salt, put in 9x13 pan, spread
rice all around pork chops.
Mix in separate bowl, taco seasoning, tomato sauce
and water. Pour over pork chops and rice.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil or lid and bake
at 350 for 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Remove from over 10
minutes before done and sprinkle cheese, continue
baking until done.
(I always double the rice and sauce)
