CUT each dough sheet into 16 rectangles. Place rectangles on ungreased cookie sheets.
MIX chicken, FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce, blue cheese, cream cheese, and scallions in a bowl.
SPOON mixture on half of each rectangle and fold dough over filling. Press edges with fork to seal.
BAKE at 350°F 13 to 16 min. or just until golden brown.
