Heat oil, when hot add meat, onions & celery. Brown stirring frequently. Spoon off excess fat. Combine the remaining ingredients except parsley, mix well and pour over meat. Cover and cook at least 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, add parsley. Serve over hamburger buns, mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
(Recipe calls for oil, I don’t put that in.)
I also go easy on the salt.
