2 Tbs vegetable oil
|

1 small onion, thinly siced
|

1 pkg Asian slaw
|

1/2 cup Wegmans stir fry sauce

Instructions |

|
Blanch noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water, 2 min;
drain; set aside
|
|
|
Heat oil in stir fry pan on high; add onion. stir fry for 3 minutes;
add slaw. Stir fry 2 minutes.
(oil must be hot, but not smoking)

|
Add noodles and stir fry sauce; stir to heat through 1-2 minutes.
