     Vegetable Lo Mein

Ingredients
1 box lo mein noodles, thawed
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 small onion, thinly siced
1 pkg Asian slaw
1/2 cup Wegmans stir fry sauce
 

Instructions
Blanch noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water, 2 min; drain; set aside
Heat oil in stir fry pan on high; add onion. stir fry for 3 minutes; add slaw. Stir fry 2 minutes. (oil must be hot, but not smoking)
Add noodles and stir fry sauce; stir to heat through 1-2 minutes.
