Carefully remove heads, tails, skin, and bones
from the fish. Flake fork with a fish and set
aside. Combine mayonnaise and next 4
ingredients, beat with a whisk until smooth.
Add green onions and fish to mayonnaise
mixture, stir well. Chill and spoon into a
serving bowl
