     Egg Casserole w/biscuit

Ingredients
1 can buttermilk biscuits any brand
1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage (any brand cooked)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cut biscuits into small bite size pieces. Grease 8x8 pan, brown sausage/drain. Spread sausage on top of biscuit pieces in pan. Beat eggs and add milk salt and pepper and pour over sausage & biscuits. Sprinkle both cheeses on top. Bake at 425 for 30-35 min.
