Add water to crock pot. Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle Ranch style dressing over roast. Sprinkle gravy mix over roast. Place pepperoncini around edge of roast. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours. Shred meat and serve with gravy.

Serve with rice or potatoes. Extra roast makes a great sandwich.
