     Deb's Philly Cheese Steak Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 chopped red or yellow pepper
1-2 tbsp steak spice. start with 1 add more later if needed.
3/4 shredded any cheese (mozzarellas, marbel, parmesan)
1 block of cream cheese softened
1/4 mayo
1/2 lb sliced beef ( I use sirloin tip or round steak but sliced roast beef works as well)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 heaping tbsp of crushed garlic
 
dash of Franks red hot sauce ( if you want more zing)
or 1/4 -1/2 cup diced hot peppers

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Place the onion, pepper and and diced steak in a large skillet over medium heat. Add a touch of vegetable oil or EVO cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic fry, another min Add the provolone, cream cheese, mayo, salt and pepper, and hot banana peppers. Stir until the cheese has melted.
Remove the skillet from the heat Add the dash of frank red hot sauce if desired
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes uncovered. Garnish with fresh chives or green onions if desired.
