Line a large pan with aluminum foil. Cover the
bottom of pan with olive oil. Cut potatoes into
wedges and place wedge skin side down on a
greased baking sheet. Spray wedges with
vegetable spray and sprinkle with seasoned salt
and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes
at 400 degrees. Check for tenderness. Wedges
may need to bake an additional 15 minutes,
depending upon how soft you like them.
