Flour and brown round steak in a skillet with 1
Tablespoon oil. Remove meat and put in baking
dish. Mix together soups (do not add additional
liquids) and beef bouillon and pour over the
meat. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 90
minutes. (The meat will be done in 6 minutes,
but baking it longer will make it more tender.)
Remove from oven and cut into pieces. Add 2 cups
sour cream to soup mixture. Pour over cooked
noodles. Serve immediately.
