     Six Layer Dip

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
1 15-oz can blank beans and pinto beans, each (drained)
2 t chili powder; 2 t cumin
2 T water; 1T olive oil
2 cups shredded Cheddar
2 ripe avocados, 1 jalpeno (finely chopped)
2 cups lettuce
1 1/2cup sour cream
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
 
3 medium tomatoes, diced
5 scallions, thinly sliced

Instructions
Smash the garlic cloves, sprinkle with 1t salt. Put garlic, beans, chili powder, cumin, water and olive oil in a ood processor and blend until smooth. Spread in the bottom of a 2qt dish. Scatter the cheese over the beans. Mash the avocado and jalapeno together. Spread a layer over the cheese and then scatter with lettuce on top.
Spread the sour cream over the lettuce. Add a layer of tomatoes and finally scatter the scallions and cilantro on top. Chill.
