Method-
Put some oil in a frying pan, add the garlic cloves and fry the steak. Complete this procedure till you make them all. Put aside on a plate. Don't throw away the gravy. Take a pan, add the gravy, polpa, beef cube, all the spices, mixed herbs, bay leaves, salt and pepper (optional), sugar and wine. Add the fried steak to the pan and let it all simmer for some time.

Ingredients and Method of the baked cabbage-
1-2 medium cabbage with 2 diced carrots, boiling in some water with 1-2 a lemon, (squeezed), sprinkle some salt.
3 eggs beaten with some milk.
Salt and pepper and some grated cheese. Drain the cabbage and carrots when ready. Add the beaten eggs with the milk, salt and pepper and some grated cheese to the mixture. Put the cabbage mixture in a shallow dish, with some oil at the bottom. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for about 45 minutes or till golden brown. Cut in slices and serve with chips and the the steak cooked in the tomatoes sauce and red wine! Enjoy! -)
