     Lavender Lemonade Mimosas

Ingredients
Ice
32 oz chilled prosecco
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
8 oz lavendar tea syrup
 

Instructions
Fill a pitcher two-thirds full with ice. Add the lemon juice and Lavender Tea Syrup. Stir briskly for 30 seconds to chill, then strain into 8 chilled flutes. Top each drink with 4 ounces of Prosecco.
To make the lavendar tea syrup- 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 cup brewed lavendar tea In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil over moderately high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the brewed lavender tea and let cool. Transfer the syrup to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
