     MN Granola

Ingredients
1 lb 3 oz Oat Bran Flakes
7 oz Rolled Oats
7 oz Dried Apple Chunks
3 oz pecan pieces
3 oz sliced almonds
6 oz golden raisins
6 oz dried papaya or pineapple
3 oz coconut flakes
3 oz flax seed
 
3 oz pumpkin seeds (or look for pepita)
4 oz sunflower seeds
1.5 oz chia seeds
5 oz maple syrup
6 oz unsalted butter
8 oz honey
1 T ground cinnamon

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Heat butter, honey, maple syrup and cinnamon until butter is completely melted. Pour liquid over dry and mix until all dry has a light coating. Spread on sheet pan and bake in 300 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Note- I cook a bit longer, as I like my granola crunchy. It will be soft regardless until it dries. And this will make enough to share with friends and neighbors.
