Bake preheated pie crust in a 40 degree oven
for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a separate pan, combine pudding mix and milk
and make according to the pie directions on the
pudding box. When the pudding is thick and
hot, stir in the marshmallows and chocolate
chips. Stir until both are dissolved. Pour
into baked 9 inch pie shell. Cover pit with
plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours
longer. When ready to serve, remove plastic
wrap and garnish with the cool whip.
