In a large skillet, brown the hamburger and
onion together. When meat is done and the
onion is transparent, drain off all meat
drippings. Peel potatoes and slice thin. Boil
in salted water until tender. In a casserole
dish, combine drained hamburger and onion with
the green beans. Add can of tomato soup and
the A-1 sauce. Mix thoroughly. Drain
potatoes. Add the cooked sliced potatoes or
the mashed potatoes to the casserole dish, or
mash them first. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350
degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until heated
through. Serve immediately.
