     Pork Roast

Ingredients
3 - 4 pound roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion
1/2 cup water
 

Instructions
Trim as much fat off pork as possible. Put meat in baking pan. In a separate container, combine soups and water. Mix together and then pour over meat, being sure to cover completely. Slice onion and cover meat with onion slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
