     Pepper Steak

Ingredients
2 - 3 fresh green bell peppers
1 1/2 to 2 pounds round steak
1/2 teaspoon Accent
1 1/2 to 2 cups beef stock or bouillon
Salt and pepper
3 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger
 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooked rice

Instructions
Cut beef into 1/8 inch strips. Cut peppers into thin slices. In a small pan, mix cornstarch, Accent, soy sacue, and 1/2 cup water. Set aside. Place oil, salt and pepper, ginger, and garlic powder in hot skillet. Add beef, saute 3 minutes. Add peppers and stir well. Add all the ingredients except the starch mixture. Mix thoroughly. Cover ad cook for 6 minutes, then add starch mixture, stirring constantly until juice thickens. Serve over cooked rice.
