Cut beef into 1/8 inch strips. Cut peppers into
thin slices. In a small pan, mix cornstarch,
Accent, soy sacue, and 1/2 cup water. Set aside.
Place oil, salt and pepper, ginger, and garlic
powder in hot skillet. Add beef, saute 3
minutes. Add peppers and stir well. Add all the
ingredients except the starch mixture. Mix
thoroughly. Cover ad cook for 6 minutes, then
add starch mixture, stirring constantly until
juice thickens. Serve over cooked rice.
