     Joanne's Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
4-5 slices panchetta
Brussel Sprouts in quarters
olive oil
salt/pepper
1/2 cup broth or water
 

Instructions
Cook up small pieces of pancetta. Cut up sprouts in quarters. Remove pancetta, put sprouts in same pan w/olive oil, salt and pepper. Saute for a while, moving on occasion. Add some broth or water, cook more and let sit. Just before serving, heat up, add more oil, add in pancetta, more salt and pepper.
