Note- this is a double recipe.
Whipping cream 2 containers - put aside.
cream together cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter. add
vanilla. Fold in whipping cream (1/2 then 1/2). add to crust.
freeze overnight.
Topping- heat, but not boil riches whip. add chocolate
chips and mix to melt. let it cool. spoon/ pour over pie.
sprinkle with nut. freeze then cover.
