     CHEESY POTATOES

Ingredients
1- Bag of frozen diced Potatoes
1 -Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1-Can of Milk ( I just use the can from soup)
1- 12 oz Sour Cream
1- Bags of Shredded Cheese
1- 1/2 Cup of Cream Cheese
1-TBSP of Butter
Seasoning Salt - to taste
Garlic Powder - to taste
 
Pepper - to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat Potatoes in Microwave with butter and seasoning for 10 minutes or until soft in large bowl. You will probably want to heat the cream cheese up in a separate bowl (for maybe 20 seconds in microwave) then mix with the potatoes and the rest of ingredients except for one bag of the shredded cheese, adding more seasonings to taste. Put in pan adding the other bag of cheese on top. Make sure that you put tinfoil on the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
Depending on how much sour cream you like, I normally add more sour cream to the top after it has cooked for about 20 minutes.
