Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat Potatoes in Microwave with butter and
seasoning for 10 minutes or until soft in large
bowl. You will probably want to heat the cream
cheese up in a separate bowl (for maybe 20
seconds in microwave) then mix with the
potatoes and the rest of ingredients except for
one bag of the shredded cheese, adding more
seasonings to taste. Put in pan adding the
other bag of cheese on top. Make sure that you
put tinfoil on the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender and
golden brown.
