Preheat pan over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken
with pepper.
Add chicken to pan and stir fry until brown on all
sides (about 5-10 minutes).
Add garlic, Oyster sauce and Soy or Braggs
Amino cook for 1 minute.
Squeeze juice of orange quarters over chicken.
Peel & separate orange into sections.
Add sesame oil, orange sections, ginger, lemon
juice, and basil.
Stir well. Cover and simmer for about 20-30
minutes. Serve over Romaine Lettuce Leaves or
rice.
NOTE- Even if you’re not a seafood fan Oyster
sauce is like cooking wine its primary use is a
seasoning and it doesn’t give the dish a seafood
or fishy taste.
