     ORANGE GINGER CHICKEN

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast-cut into chunks
Black Pepper
Orange cut into 1/4 slices
2-3 cloves of minced garlic
˝ teaspoon of basil
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger root (about ˝”-1” long piece peeled & Minced)
Juice of ˝ a Lemon
1 table spoon Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
 
1 table spoon of soy sauce or Braggs Amino

Instructions
Preheat pan over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Add chicken to pan and stir fry until brown on all sides (about 5-10 minutes).
Add garlic, Oyster sauce and Soy or Braggs Amino cook for 1 minute. Squeeze juice of orange quarters over chicken. Peel & separate orange into sections. Add sesame oil, orange sections, ginger, lemon juice, and basil.
Stir well. Cover and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Serve over Romaine Lettuce Leaves or rice.
NOTE- Even if you’re not a seafood fan Oyster sauce is like cooking wine its primary use is a seasoning and it doesn’t give the dish a seafood or fishy taste.
