Instructions |

|
Beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Then add flour,
carrots, soda, nuts, salt and cinnamon

Bake 30 minutes at 375 in a 9 x 13 pan.

Frosting- mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar,
milk, butter, vanilla
